Welcome to the Blog – A Few Words to Begin
Hi! I’m so glad you’re here — welcome to my blog! I want to share more than just recipes or “lists of forbidden foods.” Of course, those topics will appear too, because I know many people need that basic guidance and inspiration. But if you already know me, you know that for me, health is about much more than just diet.
Who I am and what drives me
If we haven’t met yet, let me introduce myself 😊 I’m Natalia. By education, I am a clinical dietitian, psychodietitian, and personal trainer. Since 2014, I’ve been working in the wellness industry. In the beginning, I focused mainly on training, but over time I started paying more attention to nutrition and overall health.
Today, my goal is to support mainly women (though not only) in improving their quality of life — not just through nutrition, but by looking at the whole lifestyle. I believe that real transformation happens when we take a broader perspective. Along with movement and healthy eating, daily habits, emotions, motivation, and the relationship with food, yourself, and your surroundings are all crucial.
I work with people who want to lose a few extra kilos, as well as those facing more complex challenges, like metabolic issues or autoimmune conditions.
My approach is based on the idea that nutrition is a tool, not a goal in itself. I want to help you regain control of your body while building a happier life, where food and physical health go hand in hand with mental well-being. I’m against extreme restrictions and black-and-white rules.
In my work, I combine knowledge from many fields with my clients’ experiences and my own — because I’ve also walked a challenging path to regain my own health.
If you’d like to know me better and hear more about my story, check out the “About Me” section 😊
