As a young fitness trainer, I focused on exercise, believing it was the key to staying fit. But my health was far from perfect, and without regular workouts, I would quickly gain weight.

Struggling with digestive issues, exhaustion, and eventually an autoimmune disease, I realized how lost I was—and that not everything we hear about health and fitness is true.

I tried different diets, nutrition strategies, and methods. Finally, I dove deeper into holistic health, clinical dietetics, and the mind-body connection to explore what truly works.
