Hi, I’m Natalia Mikulec Pasiut—a Functional Nutritionist with a holistic approach to health and weight loss.
I don’t believe in extreme diets, guilt-driven eating, or forcing people into routines that don’t feel right. Instead, I focus on building healthy habits and a way of eating that’s both effective and enjoyable.
My passion is not just nutrition and a healthy lifestyle but also psychology and the mind-body connection—understanding how our thoughts, emotions, and habits shape our bodies. Mindset work is a key part of my approach because everything starts in the mind. Even the best knowledge won’t make a difference if you don’t have the right mindset to stay consistent and committed to change.
I work with clients online and, in certain cases, offer in-person support in Carlow and Wexford.

Here’s how I’ve learned and grown along the way...

With over a decade in the wellness industry, I began my professional journey in 2014 as a fitness trainer and, for a few years, managed and taught at my own fitness club in Ireland. Over time, I realized that fitness alone isn’t enough—true wellness requires a balance of nutrition, mindset, and habits.
Wanting to expand my expertise, I decided to pursue a degree in Clinical Dietetics. I am currently completing postgraduate studies in Nutritional Psychology (Psychodietetics), focusing on the connection between food, emotions, behavior, and mindset.
I have also completed numerous courses and workshops, including functional nutrition, weight loss strategies, and personal development, along with a one-year herbal medicine course. My learning continues through books, scientific research, and webinars on nutrition, psychology, and holistic wellness. This continuous education ensures that my approach integrates both scientific principles and real-world application.
The reason behind my mission is…
The fact that I know what it’s like to feel down and helpless.
In a world full of confusion and overwhelming information, it’s easy to feel lost and believe that we have to accept our problems as just part of our nature.
But I know we don’t have to!
I believe everyone deserves a better life—one where you feel good and confident in your body, where you wake up with joy and excitement for the day ahead.
That’s what you deserve, and I’m here to help you make it happen.
And why i approach things differently?
Because we all know that rigid rules and forced restrictions often do more harm than good.
Lasting results come from balance, long-term habits, and a healthier relationship with food. You can’t achieve real transformation if you’re constantly at war with the food you eat, forcing yourself into workouts that leave you exhausted and unmotivated, or making your life a battle against yourself.
Stress, emotions, self-sabotage, and negative food relationships can have a bigger impact on your life than you might think.
My path to holistic health started with personal struggles...
Yes, I’ve also faced many challenges in my life – from stomach inflammations and IBS to thyroid issues and, ultimately, ulcerative colitis.
It all began in my early 20s when I had poor eating habits and didn’t care much about my health. At that time, I struggled with many insecurities, and my appearance mattered more to me than my well-being. But as my health issues worsened, I knew I had to make a change. I joined a fitness club and became passionate about wellness, eventually qualifying as a fitness trainer.
Determined to turn my passion into something bigger, I opened my own fitness club in Ireland. Running it was incredibly rewarding, but also demanding—long hours, constant stress, and pushing my body to its limits only made my health decline further. Despite exercising regularly and following what I thought was a “healthy” diet, I continued to experience bloating, digestive issues, and pain.

I jumped between diets, fell into unhealthy habits, and began to believe my symptoms were genetic—“just the way I am”. I was so focused on being slim and ‘fit’ that I kept pushing through intense workouts, ignoring my body’s signals.But things kept getting worse and finally, I heard the words: ULCERATIVE COLITIS. That moment forced me to rethink everything. Determined to heal, I dove deeper into holistic nutrition and health. That’s when I realized that what I considered “healthy” was actually not that good for me.
I experimented with various strategies—from gluten- and dairy-free diets to different kinds of detoxes and restrictions. Some helped temporarily, but I soon fell into a cycle of improvement and relapse, losing a lot of weight in an unhealthy way, only to regain it just as fast. It became clear that this wasn’t the solution. I needed to address root causes, mindset, and habits. I also decided to study Clinical Dietetics and explore the mind-body connection.
Through a holistic, mind-body approach and by truly listening to my body, I finally feel well and live in balance. I no longer need hours of intense trainings or food restrictions to maintain my health or weight.
And I share my story with you not just to tell you what I’ve been through, but to show you that I understand it all – the frustration, the setbacks, and the doubts. But I also know this:
Change is possible. And it’s possible for you, too.
