1. Service Provider Details
The service provider is Healthy Vibe Natalia Mikulec Pasiut, a registered Nutritional Therapist in Ireland (NTOI).

2. Definitions
Client – any individual using the services or products offered.
Service Provider – Natalia Mikulec Pasiut.
Services – online consultations, meal plans, coaching programs, or application subscription access.
Digital Products – PDFs, e-books, meal plans, and application access.
3. Scope of Services
The services include:
online consultations,
ready-made meal plans,
personalised meal plans,
recipe and informational e-books,
online coaching programs,
subscription-based access to a mobile application.
4. Service Delivery
Online consultations are conducted via Google Meet or another platform agreed with the Client.
Meal plans and digital materials are delivered electronically in PDF format via email.
Application access is provided after payment, with login details sent via email.
5. Payments
Accepted payment methods: Stripe, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay or other methods agreed individually.
Full payment is required in advance before any service or digital product delivery.
Consultation appointments are confirmed only after payment has been received.
All prices are stated in EUR and include applicable taxes.
6. Service Delivery Timeframes
Consultation details are specified in the service offer.
Personalised meal plans are delivered within 7 business days, unless otherwise agreed.
Recommendations are delivered within 4 business days, unless otherwise agreed.
7. Consultations
Rescheduling Policy
Clients may reschedule consultations free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment.
After this time, rescheduling is subject to a fee of 30% of the consultation price, unless otherwise agreed.
Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice results in no refund.
8. Digital Products
Digital products are delivered after payment has been received.
Due to their nature, digital products are non-refundable once delivered.
9. Application Subscription – Alloweats Platform
The Service Provider offers paid access to the Alloweats application under a personal account.
After payment, the Client receives login details via email.
Access is time-limited (subscription-based) according to the purchased offer.
Clients must not share login details with third parties.
The Service Provider makes reasonable efforts to ensure uninterrupted access to the application.
However, the Service Provider is not responsible for temporary interruptions, technical limitations, or actions of the third-party provider.
All information provided within the application is for informational and supportive purposes only.
Clients are responsible for independently verifying information, especially in cases of allergies, intolerances, or dietary restrictions.
The Service Provider is not responsible for any decisions made based on information provided within the application.
Subscription fees are non-refundable once access has been activated.
10. Liability and Health Disclaimer
Natalia Mikulec Pasiut is a registered nutritional therapist (NTOI, Ireland).
All services and digital products are intended for educational and supportive purposes only and do not constitute medical, diagnostic, or therapeutic treatment.
Some private health insurance policies may cover part of the service cost; clients should verify this directly with their insurer.
The Service Provider is not responsible for how the Client uses the information provided.
Results vary individually and are not guaranteed.
The Client is fully responsible for their own decisions regarding diet, lifestyle, exercise, and supplementation.
In case of medical conditions, pregnancy, allergies, or health concerns, clients are advised to consult a qualified healthcare professional or doctor.
The Service Provider is not responsible for outcomes resulting from combining provided information with third-party advice, programs, or supplements.
11. Complaints

The Service Provider will respond within 14 business days.
12. Intellectual Property
All materials provided remain the property of the Service Provider.
Copying, sharing, selling, or distributing materials without permission is strictly prohibited.
13. Personal Data (GDPR)
Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR regulations.

14. Final Provisions
The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions.
The current version published on the website applies.
These Terms are governed by Irish law.
